For all my classes, I always follow a methodology.
After talking to the student and setting up a customized program, I send him a link to Bitpaper.
Bitpaper is free software for online classes. It is a very easy and intuitive tool, that the student will know immediately how to use.
During the lessons, we write and communicate in real time, via audio, video, chat and screen sharing, on an interactive whiteboard. The software allows easy communication, both visual and audio, which reassures the most skeptical, regarding the quality of the connection and teacher/student interaction.
It involves all the usual means of a classroom, following an immersive approach, focusing mostly on question-answer exercises, always adapted to each student.
I always propose dynamic exercises, which aim to develop the student’s vocabulary, but also the use of informal conversations, for training in everyday situations.
All language aspects such as reading, speaking, writing and listening are discussed in class.
In the end, I always send a PDF document, with all the work done, in real time. To finish, I assign a written homework, to develop after class.

O Bitpaper é um software gratuito, destinado a aulas online. É uma ferramenta bastante fácil e intuitiva, que o aluno saberá imediatamente como utilizar.
Durante as lições, escrevemos e comunicamos em tempo real, via audio, vídeo, janela de chat e partilha de ecrã, num quadro branco interativo. O software permite uma fácil comunicação, quer visual, quer audio, o que tranquiliza os mais cépticos, relativamente à questão da qualidade da ligação e interação entre professor/aluno.
Envolve todos os meios habituais de uma aula presencial, seguindo uma abordagem imersiva, focando-se maioriariamente em exercícios de pergunta-resposta, sempre adaptados a cada estudante.
Proponho sempre exercícios dinâmicos, que visam desenvolver o vocabulário do aluno, mas também o recurso a conversas informais, para treino em situações do quotidiano.
Todos os aspetos linguísticos, tais como: ler, falar, escrever e ouvir, são abordados nas aulas.
No final, envio sempre um documento PDF, com todo o trabalho desenvolvido, em tempo real. Para terminar, atribuo-lhe um trabalho escrito, para desenvolver depois da aula.
